Arsenal have every right to celebrate their victories to the the maximum with Mikel Arteta creating a unique atmosphere at the Emirates, according to Dharmesh Sheth.

Arteta’s side were accused of over-celebrating their win over Fulham last month, but Sheth completely disagrees with the claims.

What happened against Fulham?

It might have been seen from the outside as just three points against a newly-promoted side, with Gabriel’s late goal securing a 2-1 success.

But it was in fact Arsenal’s fourth straight win, the first time they’ve started a season like that for 18 years.

Regardless, broadcaster Richard Keys slammed the post-match celebrations from the Gunners, describing the scenes as embarrassing.

He said: “The win over Fulham was over-celebrated – and it was embarrassing. Proper Arsenal managers like George Graham or Arsene Wenger would’ve made a dignified exit and been off down the tunnel knowing full well that they’d got away with one.

“Arsenal fans aren’t happy about what I said – but think about it. It was Fulham. Come on.”

But Sheth completely disagreed and said the north Londoners should enjoy each and every victory.

What did Sheth say about Arsenal?

He told GIVEMESPORT: “If you look at all the criticism that’s been pointed towards Arsenal about how they’ve been over-celebrating and making comments about opposition when they’re winning games, I don’t buy into that.

“Why not celebrate, because suddenly, if you were to go to a game at the Emirates, it’s an atmosphere that some of these fans have not seen before, well for a good few years anyway. Everybody seems to be together at that football club.”

What’s next for Arsenal?

Arsenal might have been criticised previously, but they surely won’t be if they mark their return from the international break with three points.

That’s because the Gunners face arguably their toughest test on Saturday when Tottenham visit the Emirates for the first north London derby of the season.

They’ve only beaten their greatest rivals four times in their last 15 meetings across all competitions, but home advantage makes a huge difference in this fixture.

At the Emirates, Spurs have only tasted victory once in the Premier League, while the white half of north London have won on Arsenal soil just twice in the last 37 years.

With Arsenal winning each of their three home games this season, too, Arteta’s charges should be confident of putting another three points on the board.
