Mehmet Ali’s Arsenal u21 side will take part in the EFL Trophy once again in 2024/25, and the EFL confirmed the draw for the group stage last month.
Arsenal will play in the Southern Section of the draw as usual, and they’ve been drawn into Group E alongside Colchester United, Leyton Orient, and Milton Keynes Dons.
The u21s will play all three matches away from home, as it standard for the competition, and the fixture dates have now been set.

After the group stage, the top-two teams from each group will progress to the knockout stages. The knockout rounds are a single-leg competition all the way to the final at Wembley.
No u21 team has ever made it to the Wembley final, let alone won the trophy, so Arsenal will be looking to become the first next season.
The full draw for the group stages is available below.
