The Liverpool boss is performing miracles at Anfield as he turns players into stars. Ryan Gravenberch was the first - but he's certainly not the last.
A lot has been made of Ryan Gravenberch this season and rightly so. The Dutchman's form took off under Arne Slot and he might just be the best holding midfielder on the planet right now.
But the last few weeks have shown off another incredible development. Curtis Jones has suddenly become not just a key player but a star one.
His partnership with Gravenberch against Chelsea was superb and genuinely looked unstoppable. Jones was the best player on the pitch, earning a penalty and scoring the winner. Front to back, he played a near-perfect match.
He then played a slightly different role against Arsenal, further forward where Dominik Szoboszlai usually operates. It was a difficult game for the Reds - but Jones offered them security.
The Scouser stepped up with a secure display, misplacing just one pass in 90 minutes at the Emirates. That was on top of winning all his tackles (3).Arn
