Arda Güler-Real Madrid future update after latest snub vs Mallorca | OneFootball

An update on the future of Real Madrid starlet Arda Güler has come to the fore on Sunday.

And the news will no doubt come as a relief to all those of a Real persuasion desperate to see the Turk succeed in the club’s colours.

This comes amid confirmation that Güler is not currently seeking a transfer.

The last 24 hours had seen it speculated in the media that the summer arrival in Madrid could soon kickstart efforts to source a new club for next season.

As much came after he was once again left on the bench throughout the 90 minutes, despite boss Carlo Ancelotti heavily rotating his XI for a La Liga meeting with Mallorca.

As per transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, though:

‘Arda Güler or his agents have currently not asked to leave Real Madrid on loan.’

The midfield prodigy is understood to be fully focused on the final weeks of the season, as well as Turkey’s upcoming Euro 2024 campaign.

Discussions are planned between Güler’s entourage and the Real brass for the summer, but as things stand, any form of transfer looks unlikely.
