The Red Devils have named their 21-man travelling party for the last-16 second leg in Spain with the Brazilian winger not included.

After missing training on Wednesday with illness, Antony is also a doubt to face Fulham in the FA Cup quarter-final on the weekend. He has already been named in Brazil’s squad to face Morocco in a friendly later this month.

United have nonetheless been able to welcome back two previously unavailable players as they look to book a place in Friday’s Europa League draw.

Victor Lindelof is back from illness and Marcel Sabitzer has recovered from a knock.

Alejandro Garnacho joins Anthony Martial, Christian Eriksen and Donny van de Beek in the treatment room.

Erik ten Hag could make several changes to his starting line-up with Facundo Pellistri, Anthony Elanga, Tyrell Malacia and Harry Maguire all looking to play.
