After qualifying for the FA Cup finals, Manchester United continued their momentum as they overpowered Sheffield United by 4-2 in the Premier League. They will next lock horns with Burnley at their home Old Trafford this Saturday.
The Red Devils are sixth in the domestic points table and are unlikely to finish at any position higher. However, the upcoming weeks will determine the club’s campaign to a great extent. A good run alongside clinching the FA Cup can turn their season into a productive one.
Defence
Andre Onana made a blunder in the initial stage of the game and looked underconfident in the previous game. However, he will continue to be lined up between the sticks. No change is expected at the right full-back spot and Aaron Wan-Bissaka should be retained.
The likes of Lisandro Martinez, Victor Lindelof, Jonny Evans, Raphael Varane and Willy Kambwala are going to miss the game. Hence, Casemiro should again be partnering up with Harry Maguire in the middle of the defence. Left-back Diogo Dalot is also likely to start the game.

Midfield
Christian Eriksen and Kobbie Mainoo are again the midfield holding duo. However, they must be performing better and command the game.
While Alejandro Garnacho operates on the left wing, in-form Bruno Fernandes is an undisputed pick in the middle of the offensive line. However, Antony wasn’t convincing enough with his display last night and must be sent to the bench.
21-year-old Amad Diallo could be given an opportunity at the right wing in the absence of Marcus Rashford, who remains sidelined.
Attack
Rasmus Hojlund had a mixed game against Sheffield United. Despite getting his name on the score sheet, he is expected to contribute a lot more to the team’s success.
Boss Erik ten Hag has mentioned that Mason Mount is in line to return from an injury.
