Inter coach Antonio Conte will take charge of a Serie A match for the 200th time today when his side welcome Sampdoria to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

As reported in today’s newspaper edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, the visit of Claudio Ranieri’s side will see Conte achieve a personal milestone, just one week on from leading Inter to a first Scudetto since 2010.

Victory over the Blucerchiati would see Conte achieve a record 136th league win from his 200 matches, well clear of the 107 earned by both Carlo Ancelotti and Marcello Lippi, whilst former Inter coach Roberto Mancini secured 102 wins.

Ex-AC Milan, Roma, and Juventus coach Fabio Capello was victorious 101 times, whilst former Rossoneri and Juve tactician Massimiliano Allegri enjoyed 99 wins.

Conte, meanwhile, remains focused on ending the season with a maximum 94 points and will not allow his team to become complacent after securing the title, particularly with fixtures against Roma and Juventus to come.

The coach is set to meet President Steven Zhang following Inter’s match against Juventus later this month to discuss the long-term future of the club, amidst growing financial uncertainty.
