Antonio Conte favored to replace Mourinho at Roma at the end of the season

Antonio Conte is being heavily linked with a return to Serie A after his unsuccessful spell with Tottenham.

According to SportMediaset, Roma in particular seem to be interested in Conte as their next manager.

The Italian broadcaster claims Conte is currently the favorite to replace Jose Mourinho in the Italian capital at the end of the season.

Mourinho is expected to fulfill his three-year deal with Roma. The two parties, however, have not addressed any option to extend his stay.

Thus, Roma seem to be carefully evaluating suitable long-term replacements with Conte being on top of the Giallorossi’s list of names.
