So Foot report that the former owner of Championship side Reading, Anton Zingarevich, has submitted an offer to purchase Ligue 2 side Châteauroux.
The offer is understood to be worth €8m, after the French 2nd division’s board simply did not respond to a €6m proposal from Franco-American investor Ravy Truchot, owner of FC Miami City and Evian, as well as the director at the PSG Academy in Miami.
The outlet claims that ex-AS Monaco VP Vadim Vasilyev is understood to have been involved in bringing this Russian offer to Châteauroux.
