Barcelona have handed Ansu Fati a new long-term contract at the club following his astonishing start to the season.
The 17-year-old became the second-youngest player in the Blaugrana’s history earlier this term when he came on against Real Betis and then became their youngest ever goalscorer a week later at Osasuna.

And now Barça have confirmed that the teenage forward has penned a deal until 2022 and have inserted a €170m release clause to keep away potential suitors.
That clause will then go up to €400m once he turns 18.
