Luca Stephenson is a name not many Liverpool fans will have heard of. Yet, he was involved in Liverpool's first team during pre-season last summer.
Stephenson made four appearances under Slot, all of them as a right-back, playing an entire half against Arsenal.
The talented youngster then went on loan to Dundee United where he has enjoyed a terrific season. Stephenson helped Dundee reach a European spot and won the club's Young Player of the Year Award.
In the process, he became a key player, often playing as a wing-back and contributing with three goals and two assists in 31 league appearances.
But he also showcased his versatility and demonstrated he could play not just as a right-back but in many other positions as well.
