Another major team added to list of sides interested in Malang Sarr | OneFootball

About a week ago we wrote up some rumours doing the rounds that Malang Sarr was on his way to Inter Milan.

Since then we’ve had those dismissed as untrue, but there are now whispers that they could have been closer to the truth than expected.

According to SportWitness‘ translated reports from Italy, it’s now actually AC Milan who are keen on the defender.

Fikayo Tomori has been superb for them since joining from Chelsea, but his usual partner Simon Kjaer has had knee surgery and is out for the season. They need an extra body at the back, and Sarr seems a good option for them.

He’s young but not too young, and wouldn’t cost too much either. Chelsea aren’t using him much, and given they got him on a free transfer, would likely accept a pretty reasonable offer for him.

A Janaury move still seems tricky, unless it’s a loan, but don’t rule it out entirely just yet.
