According to a report from L’Équipe, Angers SCO forward Ibrahima Niane (26) has been banned from football for two years after he was found to have tested positive for ecstasy and MDMA.

The decision was made on the 31st of March after the forward was unable to justify to the French Anti-Doping body why these drugs were present within his system, and the ban is dated from that same date.
