Andrey Santos has hailed Estevao Willian as “world class” and hopes they can become a great duo in the future at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea agreed a deal to sign the 17-year-old from Palmeiras last summer in a move which could be worth up to £51.4m.
Estevao is regarded as the biggest talent in South America and he’s already broken records set by Neymar in the Brazilian league.
Chelsea have increasingly targeted the South American market under the Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital ownership.
The Blues are said to view the teenager as a generational talent, and another talented Brazilian Santos is hopeful of forming a great duo with his compatriot at Chelsea in the future.

“Estêvão is a top-quality player, world-class,” told ESPN Brazil.
“God willing, he’ll go far, and we can create a great duo at Chelsea, a duo of Brazilians.”
Santos is having an exceptional season on loan at Strasbourg, and manager Liam Rosenior has been full of praise for the midfielder.
The 20-year-old is expected to have a key role in the squad next season, although he’s said no one from Chelsea has spoken to him about next season yet.
Santos and Estevao are arguably two of the most talented youngsters the Blues have signed and it’s expected Estevao will go straight into the first team squad to compete for minutes next season.
