After breaking into Manchester City’s first team back in 2017, Phil Foden quickly earned himself the nickname ‘the Stockport Iniesta’.
On Tuesday came arguably the crowning moment of Foden’s career so far, when the 24-year-old won the PFA Player of the Year award for his 27 goals and 12 assists in City’s title winning season.
