Andreas Pereira may have played his final game for Flamengo in the Copa Libertadores against Colombian opponents Deportes Tolima.

The Manchester United loanee is a regular in the Flamengo line-up and he has made it clear that he wants to stay at the club.

Sadly, for Pereira, it doesn’t sound like Flamengo can match Fulham’s offer for the Brazil international. A return to the Premier League could see the former Manchester United academy star play under Marco Silva.

There is also reported interest from Crystal Palace which means Pereira has more than one option in the Premier League.

Prior to Fulham’s interest in the player, Flamengo vice-president Marco Braz told Lance that Flamengo were still looking at options to try and keep him.

Meanwhile, Bola VIP claim the Brazilian side can’t compete with Fulham’s offer.

In his final game for Flamengo, Pereira scored a beautiful goal from outside the box as they won the match 1-0.

Ahead of the match, Pereira said (via Fabrizio Romano): “I’m not the one who decides – it’s up to Man United. I would like to stay at Flamengo, but it’s not in my hands.”

Pereira is not going to get the game time he wants back at Old Trafford; therefore, we should be trying to sell him to the highest bidder.

Flamengo are running out of time to make Pereira’s wish a reality.
