The representatives of Barcelona midfielder André Gomes are in England as they aim to tie up a move to Everton.
West Ham have already had two bids for the Portugal international turned down this summer, with their Premier League rivals set to pip them to his signature.
Sport report that Gomes’ agents left Barcelona on Friday as they aim to wrap up a permanent transfer for their client.
Gomes spent a successful spell on loan at Goodison Park last season and the Toffees are keen to retain his services.
They now appear to have got their man, with the deal having progressed quickly in recent days.
The Blaugrana are still holding out for their €30m asking price, while Everton are hoping to drive that down a little.
There have reportedly been other Premier League sides who attempted to swoop late for Gomes but he has made it clear that he only wants to join Everton.
As a result, a deal is expected to be completed in the coming days when a fee between the sides is ultimately agreed.
Ernesto Valverde has already given the go-ahead to sell the former Valencia man, who is not part of his plans.
