Paris Saint-Germain appear to have won the race for Ander Herrera.

The Manchester United midfielder was a man in demand with his contract up at the end of the season.

According to The Times, he will move to the Parc des Princes on a lucrative three-year deal.

Herrera will more than double his €93,000 weekly wage by earning over €230,000 per week.

United signed the 29-year-old from Athletic Club in 2014 and he has made 187 appearances at Old Trafford.

After failing to agree to terms on a new deal at United, he will depart for PSG upon the expiration of his contract.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to strengthen his midfield and is keen on replacing Herrera with compatriot Saúl Ñíguez.
