Having suffered losses in their last two games, Los Blancos are in dire need of momentum and have the chance to regain the same tomorrow night against Osasuna in La Liga.

In light of the recent slump in form and the overall struggles of the team this season, Carlo Ancelotti and the players had a meeting yesterday as revealed by MARCA.

In fact, the proceedings were said to be very tense as they worked towards finding solutions.

A positive meeting

As relayed by the outlet, the outcome of the meeting between Ancelotti and his players was largely positive.

There is serious commitment from the entire dressing room to step up, make changes and come back stronger as the players are not used to being in such a situation in terms of results.

They discussed several points during the meeting from behaviour, commitment and dedication on the field to alterations in dynamics to being the best out of all players.

Also discussed was the importance of camaraderie and helping each other through complicated situations and showing solidarity in the face of adversity. In fact, the team even went through defensive errors, especially in the goals conceded against AC Milan.

As a result, the training session after the meeting saw the players work on new altered dynamics and it remains to be seen if the team can bring it to the field tomorrow night.

The big question, for starters, is around how Los Blancos can step up in defence and ensure opponents are not offered as much space in attack. Equally crucial, however, will be improving the play through midfield and the retention of possession.
