👍 América release impressive away jersey for 2020/21 season | OneFootball

The 2020 Clausura may have been prematurely concluded due to the coronavirus pandemic, but América have wasted little time in looking towards next season.

Las Águilas have officially launched their away jersey for 2020/21, and it’s not a bad effort to say the least.

Produced by Nike, the shirt is white and navy blue, with an old-school ‘V’ comprised of yellow, red and a lighter blue separating the two dominant colours.

América have released it for sale online.

It has been generally well-received by fans of the Azulcrema, who no doubt cannot wait to see their side take to the field in it when Liga MX action returns.

Speaking on the presentation of the new jersey, América star Giovani Dos Santos said (via TUDN): “It is an emotion and a pride to wear this shirt.

“My father was fortunate to wear this shirt. It will surely bring many memories to the family, especially my father.”
