After a third consecutive loss, the mood around AC Milan is at an all-time low. However, things could still get worse with a lot of football left to play.

All season, there have been debates about fault. It is a big word that everyone can digest differently. For that reason, the blame has been shifted everywhere. From the top of the club to the players, the finger has been pointed everywhere, leaving the club in a tough position.

With Champions League football out of the picture and European football also heavily likely to follow, Milan are staring at a bleak situation, yet there is no hope that things will get better as a result. Instead, there is a fear that the pit will only further open.

As a result, it means that the shackles that this season will place on the summer must be broken at the first opportunity to do so, and the management must be near perfect on the incoming and outgoing front.

Speaking to DAZN last night, Massimo Ambrosini spoke about the situation, and revealed his worry, per Milan Press.

“Milan had put a very complicated game back on the feet. This blow will be complicated to digest, I have the feeling that anything could have happened in the final. However, Lazio deserved the victory with a level performance. There was a particular environment for coldness, it was difficult to play there…

“If you’re a bit restrained when you have the ball, it’s when you don’t have it that there must be attention, concentration and a desire not to concede goals. Milan were lacking in that and it goes beyond tactics.”
