“That is the reality of what I want, and if I can stay here, then I will be delighted.

“I am very happy here, I am enjoying my football, and I am enjoying my team-mates.

“I am very excited every day to come to training, so right now my short-term goal is to stay here and, for now, I don’t have anything else to think about.”

Fidalgo has finally been able to contribute offensively, dishing out a whopping three assists over his last two games against Olimpia and Tigres.
