As reported by , PSG goalkeeper and France international stopper Alphonse Areola will join West Ham United on a permanent deal tomorrow.
The former Fulham ‘keeper had been on loan with the London club this season and they are now on the verge of activating a €12m purchase option for the player which should be made official tomorrow, say the outlet.
Despite being second choice to Lukasz Fabianski this campaign, Areola was seen in cup competitions, which included a run to the Europa League semi-finals, beating Lyon over two legs in the quarter-finals.
Newcastle United have also expressed an interest in the player in recent days but West Ham will be the 29-year-old’s destination this summer as he looks to secure a place in Didier Deschamps’ France national team World Cup squad this November.
