Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has addressed the media ahead of the clubâs clash with Freiburg.
Here is what he had to say.
âDi Maria and Chiesa available from the first minute will be difficult. We think they will be able to come on off the bench.â
âObviously, VlahoviÄ was disappointed because he hasnât managed to score recently, but heâs in good shape, heâs doing well and I think the goals will come soon.â
âPlaying with VlahoviÄ and Kean is a possible solution. I have to evaluate Di Maria and Chiesaâs conditions and then Iâll decide tomorrow.
âWe are evaluating the possibility of playing De Sciglio in a back three, both from the start or during the game.â
âWe have scored 53 points on the field, there are 12 games left in the championship and we should try to finish in the top four, regardless of the external situation.
âIn Europe we came out of the Champions League, but we have the possibility of progressing in a competition difficult with important teams such as United, Roma and Freiburg. We have to take a small step at a time, we will take stock at the end of the season: balances are uncertain, we need to take one game at a time.â
âWinning the Europa League would be like winning the Champions League? Letâs not go any further, letâs take a small step at a time, letâs start going to the quarterfinalsâ.
âTomorrow we have to play where we have to score goals, 1-0 draw isnât enough and thinking about defending the 0-0 draw is difficult. Weâll need a lot of orderâ.
âFreiburg are a tricky team in different situations. We must not make mistakes, stay organised and concentrated for 100 minutes.â
âThe team is physically ready. Itâs been four days since our last match. We will have to be good at containing our energy in view of the game against Inter.â
