Massimiliano Allegri has addressed the media ahead of Juventus’ Europa League semi-final first leg with Sevilla on Thursday.
This is what he had to say.
“I don’t know what will happen, everyone talks and everyone knows everything. We have such an armour against it all now that nothing fazes us anymore. We come out strengthened from this experience.
“We have these two matches in the Europa League and four games in Serie A, the next step will be to try to reach a final and second in Serie A.”
“Everyone is fine. We had a good session yesterday. The substitutes on Sunday really helped the team and we will need similar on Thursday. Those who come on will be very important.
“The only one who definitely won’t play is Bremer. He’s got muscle fatigue. It’s nothing serious but won’t be available. Everyone else is good.”
“It’s a semi-final against a team that has won this competition many times. They are experts in this competition. They are a team that never gives up, we’ll need to put in a big performance tomorrow.”
“With three it is difficult because we’ve conceded goals. Ultimately, we must defend with 10 or 11.”
“He has yes, in terms of his personality. He’s a brilliant and calm guy. I already knew how strong he was on a technical level.”
