Juventus head coach Massimiliano Allegri has been speaking to the media ahead of the Serie A meeting with Monza on Sunday.
Here is what he had to say.
“We arrive after two games in which we collected a point, conceded eight goals and we need to improve on this.
“Monza plays well, it will be important for us to get back to winning ways.”
“Tomorrow Pogba, Vlahović and De Sciglio are available, Chiesa is not because he is tired, but he will return for Lazio.
“Cuadrado has a problem and he should be there for Lazio too. It will take more time for Bonucci.
“Pogba and Vlahović are fine, they trained well. I think Vlahović is a little bit better than Pogba.
“They don’t have 60 minutes in their legs obviously, but when a player is called up, he’s available to play.”
“I spoke to John Elkann, we have to stay focused on what we have to do and on the championship. In these months we have goals to achieve.”
“McKennie will not be available tomorrow because he is at the centre of a negotiation. I think the club has already found an agreement with his new team and therefore he won’t be there tomorrow.”
“Tomorrow we will hardly change set-up, also because this set-up has led us to score 38 points in the championship and we must continue like this.
“Then when we’ll all be there we’ll evaluate whether to change, it won’t be a problem to do so.”
“There will be no reinforcements on the market, if McKennie was to leave there will be Cuadrado, De Sciglio, Soulé, who can also play from outside.
“If necessary, we will be able to change the structure. The important thing is to recover everyone.”
