The 2022/23 LaLiga season will begin with defending champions Real Madrid travelling to AlmerĂa, in what is the hostâs first top-flight game in seven years, whereas Barcelona begin their season at home to Rayo Vallecano.
Other newly-promoted sides, Real Valladolid and Girona face Villarreal and Valencia respectively.
There will be a mid-season break for the World Cup in Qatar starting 12th/13th November 2022 with league action resuming in Spain 10 days after the World Cup ends.
