“All about the Rangers” for Celtic as Brenda Rodgers tries to gaslight

It’s not often we talk about what Celtic say on Ibrox Noise. In fact, unlike Celtic sites who constantly fill up Rangers channels (just Google ‘Rangers’ and see how many Celtic sites appear in the news section) we rarely touch on that club on Ibrox Noise.

Of course, the very, very rare occasions where there is a relevant reason to actually involve that lot in discussion, we get accused of ‘obsession’, usually by some of our own readers. Which makes us laugh really.

That all said, once again in Rangers’ channels we’re seeing Brenda Rodgers digging his oar in over the allocation topic, trying to gaslight Rangers over Celtic’s decision to restore the Old Firm ticket ban.

We didn’t read a word he had to say, other than the headlines of ‘it’s a Rangers problem’ which really is a fine gaslight of trying to create drama and pin it on Rangers when it’s absolutely not our issue.

Multiple sources have indeed informed us that work is in fact being carried out in the Rangers end of Parkhead, or that something is going on there, and in fact Celtic have decided it’s unsafe to have our fans there in September, but of course rather than admit that and have all the mockery over hypocrisy, their manager gaslights our club instead over the well-publicised work at Ibrox.

Even though Hampden would be absolutely no problem at all.

We suppose that’s his job, to defend his club and attack Rangers, not that he generally does that a lot we reckon because his comments don’t usually get into our news feeds, but this one made headlines for sure.

End of the day, it seems to all be about the Rangers for Celtic and their manager and their fans. Every day Ibrox Noise has to ban from our networks dozens to hundreds of interlopers of that persuasion – folk with nothing better to do than loiter on Rangers channels.

Que sera, we suppose?
