Trent Alexander-Arnold is expected to miss out on Thomas Tuchel’s latest England squad.

The right-back, who swapped Liverpool for Real Madrid in the summer, had been included in Tuchel’s previous selection.

However, reports suggest Alexander-Arnold will not feature in the squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia, which are due to be confirmed at 12:00 BST.

Alexander-Arnold, 26, was also left on the bench for Real Madrid’s 3-0 victory over Real Oviedo on Sunday.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson is poised for a first England call-up, while Everton winger Jack Grealish could be omitted despite impressing in last weekend’s win over Brighton — a performance watched closely by Tuchel’s assistant Anthony Barry.
