Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that Alex Telles has tested positive for COVID-19.
The 27-year-old has been missing from the last two matchday squads for Manchester United and his head coach revealed the news following the 5-0 win over RB Leipzig in the Champions League.
Solskjaer told MUTV: “Telles has tested positive for coronavirus, he’s been out for a few days.
“He has no symptoms, he’s fine and he’ll be back soon.”
Telles is a new signing at Old Trafford and made his debut in the 2-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain on October 20.
