Aleix Vidal set to leave Barcelona with return to Sevilla most likely

Aleix Vidal’s time at Barcelona looks to be coming to an end, with reports suggesting that the club have lowered their asking price in a bid to see him leave.

The 28-year-old has spent the past three seasons at Camp Nou but has regularly played understudy to left-back Jordi Alba.

The Spain international started just four times in La Liga last term and as such has asked manager Ernesto Valverde to leave.

Marca understands that request has been accepted by the Blaugrana, with Sevilla thought to be most interested in his services.

Their story indicates that although the reigning champions value Vidal at somewhere close to €20m, they will in fact accept offers in the region €9m.
