Ajax have confirmed the departure of David Neres on Friday morning after reaching an agreement with Shakhtar Donetsk.
The 24-year-old winger will now join effective immediately.

According to the statement from the Dutch club, “Ajax will receive a sum of €12 million for the transfer” which “can increase to €16 million depending on variables.”
Neres made 180 appearances in Ajax colours, scoring 47 goals and recording 41 assists in the process.
