Ajax will begin the defence of their Eredivisie title with a home game against NEC on Saturday, 14 August.

The official Ajax website has published the club’s league fixture list up to the end of 2021.

As always, fans will have been on the lookout for when the Amsterdam giants meet PSV and Feyenoord.

PSV will visit the Johan Cryuff Arena on 24 October, while the first De Klassieker of the season takes place on 19 December at De Kuip.

The season opening Johan Cruyff Shield clash against PSV is currently scheduled for Saturday, 7 August.

With Ajax winning the double last year, the Eindhoven club are involved as a result of finishing second in the league.

That game could be moved to the following day depending on PSV’s progress in the Champions League qualifiers.
