Ajax hot prospect Noa Lang to join FC Twente on loan | OneFootball

Last month, 20-year-old Ajax midfielder Noa Lang became the first Ajax player in 60 years to score a hat-trick on his first Eredivisie start as Ajax came from 2-0 down to beat FC Twente 5-2.

Now, Twente will make the youngster one of their own for the rest of the season.

According to many Dutch sources, Lang will join on a short-term loan with the 12th-placed side for the second half of the Eredivisie campaign in order to get more first-team action.

Lang has been given many chances to impress and also earned the start in Ajax’s must-win Champions League defeat against Ajax last month.

In nine total appearances this year, the Netherlands U-21 international has scored four times, also netting against Telstar in Ajax’s 4-3 win KNVB Cup win last month.
