🤖 AI vs Humans: Predicting the results of Premier League Matchday 1 | OneFootball

Whether it’s helping us write an essay or making our jobs redundant, Artificial Intelligence is becoming more and more prevalent in our lives every day.

But how good is AI at predicting the results of Premier League matches?

That’s what we want to find out this season, and over the course of the 2024/25 campaign, we will be enlisting the help of a host of special guests to compete with the OneFootball AI to see whose predictions are more accurate: AI or good old fashioned human beings?

This week our special guests are Stockport indie rockers and Manchester City fans Blossoms. Watch the video to find out what they and our AI predicted for the three biggest matches of the opening weekend of the season.

We will be keeping score throughout the season to see whether our AI or our human guests know better, with three points awarded for a correct score prediction, and one point awarded for a correct result.
