The agent of Theo Hernandez has admitted that the defender could spend the rest of his career at AC Milan given how happy he feels at the club.

Theo Hernandez arrived at Milan in the summer of 2019 from Real Madrid having been convinced by technical director Paolo Maldini to try a new experience in Italy as part of a project built around young players.

It did not take long for the Frenchman to establish himself as one of the best full-backs in the league and one of the elite in Europe, taking over the starting spot from Ricardo Rodriguez and showing immense development in both phases of his play.

Regarding the future of Theo Hernandez, who renewed with Milan last year, his agent Manuel Garcia Quilón spoke in an interview with serianews.com and suggested that his client may not ever wish to leave.

“Each player has a team in which he finds his own habitat, his own identity. Theo, since when he arrived at Milan, he felt identified and loved by both Maldini and Massara and by the whole environment, all the fans,” he said (via MilanNews).

“It was a perfect combination for the development of the great career he is making. We cannot forget that he was a fundamental element in bringing Milan back to being champion of Italy after a decade, success achieved with many young players.

“From Theo to Tonali, Tomori, Bennacer, Leao… Everyone has talent and youth, a perfect situation to improve. He has grown a lot at San Siro, is delighted with the city and the club: if the team continues to grow as he is doing, I don’t exclude that he wants to stay there forever. In football you never know what could happen, but Theo couldn’t be happier and grateful.”
