Most transfer rumors at PSG circle Neymar, but Adrien Rabiot might be the one leaving the French capital soon.
According to the Parisien, the midfielder has been delaying talks to extend his contract with the Ligue 1 side. Rabiot’s contract is due to expire in June 2019.
It has also been reported that if Rabiot remains unsure by the summer and no progress has been made in reaching a new deal, PSG will still be doing everything in its power to retain the French international.
Rabiot’s potential departure will leave a hole in the French club midfield, despite Marco Verratti staying at the League 1 leaders as he has previously stated.
Adrien featured in seven of PSG’s eight Champions League matches this season, and scored the French club lone goal at the Santiago Bernabéu in the first leg against Real Madrid. In total, he has scored five times and registered seven assists across all competitions.
