AC Milan are in contact with Benfica for Darwin Nunez.

The striker is being watched closely by Milan director Paolo Maldini, reports Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Rossonero chief is targeting a young striker signing and Nunez is on his shortlist.

The Uruguay international, 21, has been superb for Benfica in his first season in Portugal, but could be on the move again this summer.

Maldini has been informed by Benfica that Nunez can leave for €50m.
