AC Milan have two Chelsea players on their radar to replace Blues target | OneFootball

There could be a potential transfer situation involving Chelsea and AC Milan brewing over one of the next two transfer windows.

Chelsea have been heavily linked with trying to sign AC Milan forward Rafa Leao, and reports over the summer even suggested that they were close to making an offer.

Milan of course are trying to extend his contract, but if they cannot manage to do this and agree to sell him, maybe to Chelsea, then they are looking at two Chelsea players to replace him.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan will move for Christian Pulisic and Okafor if they are forced to sell Rafael Leão. They also state that Hakim Ziyech also still under consideration.

This could open up a potential swap move that Chelsea might try to do, as we know how they seem to like to try and pull off these types of deals!

Pulisic and Ziyech seem fairly likely to leave very soon regardless.
