The UEFA Champions League has exposed Paris Saint-Germain’s ongoing struggles in front of goal. While Luis Enrique’s side is able to create chances, their finishing remains a major issue.
This has led to growing speculation that PSG will look to strengthen their attack ahead of 2025. If the club fails to progress to the next stage of the competition, the transfer rumors are likely to intensify.
Fichajes reports that Rafael Leão has drawn interest from three top European clubs: Arsenal, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain. Furthermore, SPORT has added that Barcelona are also monitoring the AC Milan forward.
Football Transfers reported this week that Leão has rejected Arsenal’s informal approach regarding a potential January move.

Despite rumors suggesting he could leave, AC Milan are becoming more confident that winger Leão will stay at the club, according to Calciomercato. The 25-year-old has been key for Milan this season, delivering standout performances under manager Paulo Fonseca.
Leão has been involved in nine goals across 18 appearances, highlighting his importance to the team’s attack. With his contract running until 2028, Milan are in a strong position to secure his future at San Siro.
