Millwall will not be signing a winger who was previously on the books at the Den from one of their Championship rivals, according to the South London Press.
Neil Harris is looking to do business to strengthen his squad after being concerned about a lack of signings this summer.
Femi Azeez has recently joined from Reading, while Daniel Kelly has arrived from Celtic and Liverpool defender Calum Scanlan is expected to sign.
It has been suggested in some quarters that former Millwall star Jed Wallace could return from West Brom.
That though will not happen, with it claimed there is ‘absolutely no chance’ that the Lions will re-sign Wallace.
The winger made over 250 appearances for Millwall and is on the books at their Championship rivals West Brom.
Wallace played in the Baggies’ recent games against Leeds United and Stoke City.
The 30-year-old has another two years left to run on his contract at the Hawthorns.
