‘A natural talent’ – Carlo Ancelotti hails Real Madrid youngster after Granada | OneFootball

Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has moved to reveal his appreciation for an up-and-coming member of his squad.

The player in question? Arda Güler.

Youngster Güler is for his part fresh off another impressive display in Real’s colours.

Afforded a third successive La Liga start in Los Blancos’ meeting with Granada on Saturday evening, the Turkish international showcased his talents once more, notching a goal amid a fine individual display.

Amid what has proven a difficult debut campaign all told for Güler in Spain, recent weeks have seen him at last handed a platform on which to highlight precisely why the Real Madrid brass pushed so hard for his signature in the first place.

And, as alluded to above, one individual who has been left altogether impressed by the 19-year-old’s development of late comes in the form of his manager.

Speaking to the media on the back of his side’s four-goal drubbing of Granada, Carlo Ancelotti was asked for his take on Güler’s recent exploits.

And the Italian made use of the opportunity to praise his young midfielder, in explaining:

“Arda Güler is very effective in front of the goal. He scores many goals with simplicity. He is a natural talent and he is doing very well.”
