Arsenal’s England youth internationals concluded their March fixtures on Tuesday, let’s take a look at their results over the break.

In an attacking sense, Ethan Nwaneri (u17s, four goals and an assist), Emile Smith Rowe (u21s, one goal), Amario Cozier-Duberry (u19s, one goal), and Brooke Norton-Cuffy (u20s, one assist) were all involved in the goals at their respective levels.

At the back, Reuell Walters (u19s) and Norton-Cuffy helped their teams to keep clean sheets.

There were mixed fortunes overall, however, with not all of the five sides achieving their goals for the break.

The England u17s succeeded in qualifying for the u17 European Championships, finishing as of the best runners-up after two wins and a defeat in their group.

The England u18s played three friendlies, winning two and losing one. The u20s played three friendlies, winning two and drawing one. The u21s played two friendlies, winning one and losing one.

But despite two wins and two clean sheets, the England u19s’ one narrow defeat to Iceland was enough to see them missing out on qualification for the u19 European Championships.
