Arsenal had an excellent February in the Premier League, winning against league leaders Liverpool, thrashing West Ham United and Burnley away from home, and easing past Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium to end things off.
The only blot on the copybook was the defeat to FC Porto in the Champions League, but the 1-0 scoreline is one that the Gunners will feel they can still overcome in the second leg.
So after a great month overall, Arsenal have nominated the four players they believe should be up for their Player of the Month award.
Martin Odegaard, Declan Rice, Kai Havertz, and Bukayo Saka are all up for the award on this occasion, and you can vote for your favourite here.
Odegaard was at his creative best in February, providing three assists as well as scoring an excellent finish from the edge of the box against Burnley.
Rice put in a starring performance against former club West Ham United, scoring one of the goals of the month, and making himself a real threat from set-pieces throughout February.
Havertz was at his best when playing at least some role in all five goals against Burnley, and he also provided a goal and assist against Newcastle United after moving back into a centre-forward role.
Finally, it’s no surprise to see Saka nominated, with the winger also up for the Premier League’s Player of the Month award. Saka scored six goals in February as Arsenal ran riot.
Arsenal have had six unique winners of their Player of the Month award this season so far, but they will have a repeat winner this time around.
Rice (August), Saka (September), Havertz (November), and Odegaard (December) have all already won the award this season, and one of them will be taking it back from January winner Gabriel Magalhaes.
