What should you look out for in tonight’s game? We take a look now…

A change in Burnley’s attack?

Burnley have had plenty of opportunities to score goals this season but, thus far, they’ve only mustered the maximum of one goal in any league game they have played this year.

Vincent Kompany will be eager for that to change, and he may well look at rotating his options up front, especially with Jay Rodriguez back for consideration.

Burnley have a lot of the ball, but need to be doing more with it.

Vincent Kompany appears to have already changed the playing style at Burnley considerably with them now much-more possession based than they were in the Premier League.

A different level means they can do that easier, of course, and they’ll be looking to dominate the ball again against the Tigers.

With Hull having less than 40% possession in two of their three league games so far this year, too, the Tigers might be happy enough for that to be the case again here.

Hull have started this season well and if they can win against the Clarets it will send out another statement to the rest of the league.

They have made some decent signings so far in the summer window and things appear to be clicking fairly well, so there’s every chance they underline their ambitions this evening with another positive result.
