2019 Women's World Cup kicks off with wild opening ceremony 🎆

The opening ceremony for the 2019 Women’s World Cup was actually pretty good, if you like that sort of thing.

Before hosts France kicked the tournament off against South Korea, the Parc des Princes was treated to 10 minutes of experimental dance, a performance from French singer Jain and plenty of other ostentatiousness.

But it’s fair to say the opening ceremony garnered mixed reviews on Twitter …
