Slaven Bilic’s Watford tenure could barely have started better on the pitch as his side hammered Stoke City 4- on Sunday.

The sacking of Rob Edwards was met with frustration and disappointment by most large swathes of the Championship club’s support but there is no denying his replacement’s record at this level – with the new arrival having won promotion with West Bromwich Albion in his last season at the level.

Watford are back in action tonight against a Swansea City side with three wins in their last four matches and we’ve taken a look at two dilemmas facing Bilic ahead of kick-off…

Whether to name an unchanged side

After the stunning victory over Stoke in his first game in charge, Bilic will be strongly considering naming an unchanged side for tonight’s Championship clash.

There is certainly no need to drop any of the players based on performance alone but it is worth remembering that they have a game on Saturday and just how busy the next six weeks or so are going to be.

With a host of players sidelined due to injury, Bilic is a little limited when it comes to squad depth but he may want to make one or two tweaks to ensure everyone stays fresh.

Did Watford win, lose or draw the last time they played at Goodison Park?

Win Lose Draw

How many minutes to give Imran Louza

There were plenty of impressive performances in the 4-0 win but Imran Louza’s cameo from the bench was eye-catching and has led Bilic to wax lyrical about the midfielder – labelling him “a very, very good player”.

The 23-year-old joined from Rennes last summer in a £9 million move but injuries have hampered his first 14 months or so at Vicarage Road.

We saw a glimpse of why the Hornets spent that money to bring him to the club and after the impact he had against the Potters, the temptation will be to start him tonight but it is worth remembering that was his first game of the season.

The Croat knows that the Hornets need to be careful with Louza and he faces an interesting decision about how many minutes to give him against the Swans – could we see him play the first 60 minutes or so, will he be another second-half substitute or could he be rested completely?
