18 goal forward Jonathan David is ready to join a Bundesliga club | OneFootball

Speaking to Ruhr Nachrichten, Nick Mavromaras, agent of KAA Gent forward Jonathan David, claims his client is one of the best young players in Europe and reveals he’s ready to join a Bundesliga club.

“Realistically considered, Jonathan is only playing his first full season as a pro. His leaps forward in development are immense. There are few 20-year-old’s in Europe that are better. He’s a superb footballer, a player for the best five clubs in Europe,” said Mavromaras. “Jonathan is ready for the next step, he wants to join the Bundesliga.”

Borussia Dortmund have been heavily linked with the Canada international, whilst RB Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Mönchengladbach have all shown an interest.

David has scored 18 goals and created eight in 27 Jupiler Pro League games for Gent this season.
