1- Brenden Aaronson was born in Medford, New Jersey, United States on 22nd October 2000


2- Aaronson joined Philadelphia Union at the age of 10 progressing through the ranks to the first team, he made a goal-scoring MLS debut netting in the 1-1 draw with Atlanta United on Sunday 17th March 2019


3- He won his first international cap for the USA on 1st February 2020, helping his country defeat Costa Rica 1-0 at Dignity Health Sports Park


4- In 2020, he won his and Philadelphia’s first ever trophy, with the club winning the MLS Supporters’ Shield, with the midfielder also named in the MLS Best XI


5- On 16th October 2020, it was confirmed Aaronson would leave Philadelphia in January 2021 to join Austrian outfit Red Bull Salzburg, linking up with current Leeds head coach Jesse Marsch who was head coach of the club at the time


6- Aaronson scored his first international goal for the USA against El Salvador on 10th December 2020 at DRV PNK Stadium


7- On 1st May 2021, Aaronson scored in the Austrian Cup final, helping Salzburg beat LASK 3-0 and complete the Austrian league and cup double


8- Aaronson scored a goal in both legs of the 2021/22 UEFA Champions League Qualifying Round against Bröndby IF to secure Salzburg a spot in the Group Stage and played eight more matches in the competition, helping them reach the Last 16 where he provided two assists against FC Bayern Munich, but were beaten over two legs by the German champions


9- Aaronson ended the 2021/22 season having made 41 appearances in all competitions, once again helping the club to the league and cup double for a second consecutive season


10- On 26th May 2022, it was announced Aaronson will join Leeds United from Red Bull Salzburg for an undisclosed fee on July 1st 2022.
