Young Magpies' Premier League 2 trip to Forest rescheduled

The young Magpies were due to face their Tricky Trees counterparts at the Loughborough University Stadium on Monday, 17th March, with kick-off set at 7pm (GMT).

However, due to the first-team's involvement in the Carabao Cup final against Liverpool on Sunday, 16th March, the league encounter will now take place on Monday, 31st March, with the venue and kick-off time remaining the same.

Diarmuid O'Carroll's side, who claimed a 4-1 win against Stoke City's second-string on Friday night, currently occupy 15th place in the 26-team division and will be aiming to finish in the top 16, ensuring a place in the Premier League 2 play-offs at the end of the 2024/25 season.
